Action Education launches its new communication campaign and reaffirms its social mission

The association has just celebrated its 40th anniversary. This is an opportunity to reaffirm its convictions and to place education at the heart of its approach: "Aide et Action" has become "Action Education".

Action Education (formerly "Aide et Action") has entrusted Carré Noir and Publicis with the creation of a new global communication campaign to present its new name, its new visual identity and to reaffirm its social mission.

An international association for development through education, Action Education ensures access to quality education for the most vulnerable and marginalised populations, with a particular focus on children, girls and women, throughout the world.

Making visible the issues related to access to education in the world

The new campaign was inspired by Nelson Mandela's quote "Education is the most powerful weapon we can use to change the world". The three visuals of the campaign are based on a simple blackboard, on which pen, ruler and eraser come to life and become "weapons" to fight many of the threats facing humanity, such as early marriage, poverty and exclusion...

In order to better focus on the message, the graphic choices as well as the texts are voluntarily uncluttered: education is not a priority among others, but the essence of a more peaceful, inclusive and sustainable world.

This multi-channel campaign (press, TV, poster, digital) has been running since 1 September 2022 and will be visible throughout France until 30 November 2022.
