Making the educational community: time for discussion on 30 November

Schools, families, associations, local authorities, institutions... each of these actors plays an educational role with children and young people. But how do they work? Do they manage to dialogue and understand each other despite different professional cultures? Do they work effectively together? And how can we ensure that parents find their way around and that the child is taken care of in a coherent manner by so many players? In short, how can we create an educational community?

Debates and workshops on educational communities on 30 November at the MDE Val d'Oise

Autant de questions qui seront débattues le 30 novembre prochain à la Maison de l’Education du « Val-d’Oise » (MDE) dans le cadre de la 10ème edition of the "Educational Coherence Day". An event organised every year since 2002 by Action Education and about fifteen educational actors in the Val d'Oise _ Canopé Val-d'Oise, DSDEN du Val-d'Oise, AFAVO, AFEV 95, Cahiers pédagogiques, CASNAV 95, CIJ 95, Clémi Versailles, École et Famille, FCPE 95, Francas 95, Ligue de l'enseignement 95, MGEN, Pôle Ressources Ville et développement social. These partners have, in the past, addressed a number of themes: from the school climate to social networks, including dropping out and the impact of the health crisis. The aim is to cross the views of the various educational players in the Val-d'Oise, to develop a common language around educational issues and to promote the initiatives and experiences carried out in the department.

Good practices of learning communities on the agenda

The programme for this 2022 edition includes an opening conference followed by a forum of good practices during which parents, teachers, researchers and elected representatives will be invited to discover presentations of experiences and projects that embody forms of "community", "coherence" or "cooperation" between different educational actors. The day will end with a group reflection on which educational community to build tomorrow. As the number of places is limited, do not hesitate to register as soon as possible.
