In his article "Chemillé. Solidarity with Cambodian children"., Le Courrier de l'Ouest, a French regional daily, highlights the commitment of Robert-d'Arbrissel high school students who, through the Aide et Action volunteer team in Chemillé, took part in sports challenges in favour of theeducation. In total, they were able to raise €1,543 to fund our mobile library project in Cambodia!

In and around Chemillois, the volunteers ofAide et Action carry out awareness-raising activities in schools and elsewhere.

Devastating floods in northern Laos

Thousands of people in the province of Oudomxay, in the north-west of the country, are suffering from flash floods caused by heavy rains and the effect of tropical storm Ma-on. In response to the floods, Action Education is launching an emergency fund to help provide material and food security for the population.
