Socio-professional integration project for young single mothers who have dropped out of school in three districts of the Antananarivo Urban Community (Sandratra)

Strengthening the social and professional integration of young single mothers

In Madagascar, almost a third of girls aged between 15 and 19 have at least one child. They are generally excluded from the education system with a very low level of education and are rejected by society. As a result, they and their children find themselves destitute, with no psychological or financial support. Action Education has therefore made access to quality education and socio-professional training and integration one of its priorities in order to support the most vulnerable populations, particularly young girls.
