My name is Harena Norbertine Erica RAJAONARISON. I am 22 years old, single and the mother of a 4-year-old daughter who is already at school. I live in Ambanin'Ampahamarinana in the 4ème arrondissement of Antananarivo city. My daughter and I live with my parents and we are still dependent on them. There are 13 of us at home. At the moment, I'm unemployed but I help my mother in her gargote.
Before the project, I was very vulnerable. Society pointed the finger at me and I always felt excluded. As a beneficiary of the SANDRATRA project, I benefit from a lot of support and training, including the practice of sport as part of the socialisation activities organised by the project.
I'd like to point out that I was a member of the NB2ALL Club before, but I had to stop for health reasons (I'm asthmatic), discipline, conflicts and many other things...
At the moment, thanks to the 6 basketball sessions with the coaches, I feel more reassured and have more self-confidence. Especially as our team of young single mothers won a tournament against women's teams in Antananarivo organised by the Sandratra project. This helped me to move forward and assert myself. My health has also improved and I breathe better now. Sport has also allowed me to relax, work as part of a team and widen my circle of friends. I'm sure I'll continue to play and I can already see myself returning to a club soon!
