With less than 40% of adolescents completing secondary education and little or no vocational training for adults in the world, many young people find themselves without a diploma, without any qualification, without any means to live, support their families and integrate socially. Faced with this situation, Aide et Action is developing vocational training programs for young people in its countries of intervention, especially for women and the most disadvantaged.
