In the first half of 2020, there was a jump in donations to associations of over 20% according to the Barometer of generosityA study based on donations received by 44 associations and foundations that are members of France générosités from 2004 to 2020, including Aide et Action.
In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, many French people mobilised themselves by showing solidarity and generosity in several areas, including education.
