Action Education's year 2022 in pictures
The year 2022 has presented us with major challenges: the economic and social crisis following the pandemic, and then the war in the heart of Europe, causing a serious geopolitical crisis, coupled with a rise in the price of raw materials, energy and inflation. These cumulative crises have hit the most vulnerable countries hardest and are major obstacles to access to quality education for all. With 244 million children still out of school worldwide, Action Education has implemented 81 projects in 2022, mainly focused on access and quality of education, especially for the most vulnerable and marginalised populations in the world. Find a selection of photos taken in 2022 that reflect our actions in Asia, Africa and Europe.
